1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NeoCliq, operated by [Company Name] ("we", "us", "NeoCliq"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
- Minimum age: 18 years
- UK residents only (beta)
- One account per person
3. User Roles

Politician accounts cannot earn, hold, send, receive, or convert wallet points under any circumstances. All financial flows for Politician accounts are real payment transactions only.
4. Creator Monetisation
Super Follow
- Creators set their own subscription prices
- NeoCliq charges a 15% platform fee on all Super Follow revenue
- Creators are paid via Stripe Connect; payout subject to Stripe's terms
- NeoCliq may adjust the platform fee with 30 days notice
Wallet Tips
- Platform fee: 10% of all wallet tip transactions
- Wallet points have no cash value until converted via payout
- Minimum payout threshold: 10,000 points (= £10.00)
- Conversion rate: 10,000 points = £10.00 (minus payout fee)
- NeoCliq reserves the right to expire wallet points on accounts inactive for 24 months
Community Board Premium
- Uses the Creator+ subscription plan: £9.99/month (UK) or ₹999/month (India)
- Billed via Stripe (GBP) or Razorpay (INR)
- 30-day notice required to cancel
5. Content Policy
Prohibited Content
- Illegal content under UK law
- Content violating the Online Safety Act 2023
- CSAM (zero tolerance — immediate account termination and law enforcement referral)
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Harassment, hate speech, coordinated harm
- Spam and artificial engagement
Creator Content Responsibility
Creators are solely responsible for content they post. NeoCliq is not liable for creator content.
Platform Moderation
NeoCliq reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access at our discretion for Terms violations.
6. Payments and Fees
Transparency
All platform fees are displayed before transaction confirmation. No hidden fees.
Refund Policy
- Super Follow subscriptions: cancel anytime; no refund for current billing period
- Wallet tips: non-refundable (digital goods)
- VIP subscriptions: cancel anytime; access until period end
Tax
Users are responsible for reporting income from earnings to HMRC. NeoCliq does not deduct tax at source.
7. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of all content you post
- You grant NeoCliq a limited licence to display, distribute, and store your content on the platform
- NeoCliq brand, design, and code are our intellectual property
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, NeoCliq is not liable for:
- Loss of earnings from platform downtime
- Unauthorised access to your account
- Third-party payment processing issues (Stripe)
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
We will notify you 30 days before making material changes to these Terms.
